Project inquiries
When you send a project inquiry, we receive your name, the phone number or email you provide, your selected project type, your message and any photographs you attach. We use this information to respond, discuss your project and manage the resulting business relationship.
Photographs and messages
The quote form accepts up to five images. Uploaded quote photos are processed in temporary server storage and sent as email attachments to A-BUILDER; the form does not add them to the public website media library. Please do not send identity documents, payment details or other sensitive records.
Security and abuse prevention
The form uses temporary tokens and rate limits to reduce automated submissions. A hashed representation of your IP address and contact information is used for those limits. Our hosting and email providers may process technical information, including server logs, to operate and protect their services.
Service providers and retention
Website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver these services. Inquiry emails and attachments may remain in our business mailbox and records for follow-up, project administration and applicable recordkeeping needs. We do not sell or rent your inquiry information.
External websites and measurement
Links to Instagram, Facebook and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Advertising or analytics tools, if enabled on this site, may process browser and usage data. This policy and any applicable choices will be updated to describe newly enabled tools.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about the information you have provided or request correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing project or other applicable obligations. Browser settings can also control cookies.
